How do you fix a government that doesn't work? That was the question that the founding fathers faced in concerns with the Articles of Confederation. There was no strength in the central government. Strictly existing as a legislative component, it was hard to operate as a government should, not without a central leader, finances, or military. We will see those concerns come to a head during this section of our reading.
